New vision in Company's HR takes us to make a team focused on people experience

The Board was in charge to the company's Vision & Mission statement provision, Planting the new company management model, taking the high level decisions and C&B and personnel contracts.

In this position I was responsible for all executive, legal and administration affairs of company and also supervision of supplement and facility management. The size of company grows from 50 to 120 in 3 yrs of my duty in this position.

In participation with board of executives, and after studying Success story of Big Tech Companies, we developed a new mind-set of Company Management that reflect new rules and key points in HR domain.

I was proud to be with PG for 10 yrs. I loved it and It feels me like home.I helped understand the users need and design the product and develop the service and business and also new product line.

HR in a startup has not a clear territory and it's some executive task that each of founders or team members may do it. After one year of getting started, I tried to shape the key pillars and functions of Human resources focused on people except process according to agile spirit of teams and products. I developed a light hiring process, provisioned a value-set and org culture model, and formed a communication and collaboration model.

Researching about services and content type of Internet Radio Services across the world. Designing new service model with a combination of radio specialty and web2.0 Apps. Developing website and custom UI/UX for internet radio services.

I was working on Learning Management Systems, Digital Educational Content and E-Learning Standards,Analyzed some opensource LMSs and research on standards like SCORM.

In charge as project manager for integrate and launch an Online Exam system for ROSHD (National Network of IRAN Schools)

I was the website manager of "MyKonkoor.com" (shut down in 2010). The website supports the product MyKoonkor, a series of educational software package contains universities entrance exam (Konkoor) tests with a huge exam banks which received online updated contents.
