• Conduct market and customer research to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for innovative product solutions.• Drive the conceptualization and development of new product ideas, designing functional architectures to deliver impactful solutions.• Lead the requirement gathering process / Discovery, analyzing customer needs to ensure that product solutions meet market demands and business objectives.• Create and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs & documentation, including user stories, process flows, mockups & prototypes to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and cross functional teams using Agile (Scrum) methodologies.• Serve as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on product vision and strategic goals.• Manage customer feedback and interactions, driving product improvements through mockups, prototypes and MVPs in collaboration with UX and tech teams.• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial discovery and requirement gathering to sprint planning, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).• Ensure the quality of the product by reviewing test cases & functional testing, A/B Testing & API Testing.• Develop and manage product documentation, including BRD/PRD, user manuals, flow diagrams & system documentation.• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to pre-sales and strategic planning activities.• Training both internal and external stakeholders on the product / project.• Coordinate cross-functional team efforts and ensure successful system integrations and data migrations.
