• Handling all warranty related activities for a cluster of 10 dealer outlets, which includes:- Identifying technical problems in failed parts and providing field technical reports, thereby receiving authorizations- Processing warranty claims on a timely basis for each outlets and resubmitting all rejected claims promptly.- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule and following up outstanding claims.- Tracking failed warranty parts by tagging and preparing packing slips, also arranging shipments to FQC.- Maintain all circulars, service & audit records and implementing any changes in the process as per OEM guidelines.- Following up with ancillary part manufacturers to claim parts under ancillary warranty.- Negotiate with OEM and customers to resolve warranty related concerns.

• Troubleshooting the breakdown and part failures via physical inspection of vehicle, fault diagnosis and referring service history.• Prioritize, assign and supervise the daily work load with time pressured deadlines to be carried out by technicians, thereby keeping up TAT (Turnaround Time).• Reviewing the performance of technicians on regular basis, ensuring their safety and educate them about new products and equipment received.• Handling ancillary supplier and outsourced workers over quality and time management.• Negotiate and resolve issues with customers over service cost, warranty dispute, at-site requests & service related concern, thereby improvising the customer satisfaction index (CSI)• Monitoring team results to identify opportunities for improvement by meeting with internal stakeholders like sales & spares department to explore service level improvements.• Responsible for processing and maintenance of work orders, invoices, previous service & auditable records as documentation.• Handling the warranty process – Failure reports, Warranty claims processing, Packing and transporting the failed and defective spare parts to OEM.

• Understanding the business process and KPI in detail and assist the supervisors.• Analyze and summarize data and prepare clear & concise reports for monthly reviews & audits by utilizing SAP, MS Excel and other applications.• Collect, log and communicate status of progress to all stakeholders.• Customer Relations – Service feedback, Preventive maintenance follow up.• Ensures that all tools and equipment are serviceable and secured.
