Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for processing employee bills for pre-employment medical check-up and also for clinic and hospital visit.• Verify information provided in the Mi-Care hardcopy documents by performing V-Look Up and cross-check information from various sources. • Responsible for preparing cover letter for Staff Training Fund (STF) as well as sending out STF Forms to employees’ previous employers. Also, assisted in the preparation of payment advice for STF.• Assisted in issuing Employee Tax Forms.• Data entry of new joiner details into the Human Resource Management System.• Assisted colleague on the issuance of employee movement letter for either transfer or secondment of employees and issued employee ID tag for new joiners.• Learned how to check, prepare and disseminate Employee Authorised Signatory Book (ASB).ASB is basically a depository of signatures of all officers who are authorized to sign on certain documents such as cheques, cashier’s orders, and demand drafts etc.• An ongoing process of reading and understanding human resource policies, bank policies, memorandum and understanding human resource organizational chart to enrichen my knowledge in the banking industry and its daily operations.• Responsible for coordination of letters, also ad-hoc activities such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
