Duties include :• Database Administration1. Capture on client information mysql database.2. Ensure information is updated on a regular basis.3. Create database models4. Create reports for Clients and Company Management.5. Log all technical related queries and follow up until resolved.• Customer Liaison1. Help clients to register on company web portal, provide customers with website navigation and training 2. Attend to customer queries relating to utility billing queries.3. Provide Clients with Monthly reporting on utility consumption and billings.4. Arrange meeting dates and venues5. Attend meetings with clients.6. Attend to sales queries and after sales management.7. Develop relationships by ensuring clients are satisfied with services rended.• Employee Training and management1. Ensure new administrators are trained on company procedures.2. Provide assistance to staff members on their queries on databases.3. Lead junior employees by influencing them to adhere to company procedures and visions.4. Empower new administrators to successfully manage databases on their own.Billing1. Perform Bill Verifications on electricity and water accounts.2. Log queries with Landlords3.
