This was a multi-layered role covering all aspects of development and operations for one of the NAB’s online trading platform (nabtrade)team.• Lead the design, build and operational management of highly secure and scalable applications using DevOps best practices and guidelines• Develop and maintain tools and environments supporting continuous build and automated deployment processes• Collaborate with vendors/partners and stakeholders to ensure rightbusiness outcomes are achieved• Migration of legacy application to cloud services• Ensure operational availability and performance of applications meets/exceeds business standards and SLA• The role also included leadership, coaching, development, and performance management of team member• Escalation contact for any development/operational issues – working in 24x7 environment

As part of this role, I was deputed to National Australia Bank Ltd (NAB) looking after development andoperations activities for NAB’s online trading platform (nabtrade)– primary point of contact for customer and leading the offshore team. • Lead the development team for Identity Management, Security and Web Centre Stack of the nabtrade program• Managing and mentoring a team of Offshore Analysts with focus on technical and business skills development, expansion of workload allocations from Onshore to Offshore• Provide technical impact analysis to the nabtrade platform for managing service restoration activities as well as external and internal change activities with potential effects to nabtrade infrastructure or functionality.Prior to joining the nabtrade team, I was part of the development team for the eCommerce program for the Cardinal Health.

Played a role of Senior Software Engineer and was involved in entire SDLC cycle (right from requirement gathering to production deployment) – worked in Java as well as .NET based projects for 2 different state government projects – one for the File Tracking system and another for the online school registration system. My major responsibilities were following but not limited to;• Feasibility analysis and Technology selection report documentation • Database design and Back end administration development of projects. • Integration of design provided by web designer • Testing and debugging of modules allocated to me • Integrating all the modules into system • Developing back end administration control panel • Development of user experience features • Creating manuals and tutorials for modules • Communicating with clients about requirement details and feedback • Setting up the deployment environment of a project
