Senior Program Manager
Current• Provides operational leadership across Funded Partnership projects, with a specific focus on strategic planning as well as day-to-day oversight of all aspects of the Living Learning Network (virtual network with over 900 health care professionals) as well as quality/performance improvement and patient safety for members as well as internal and external partners. • Develops, updates, and implements project workplans for assigned projects. Leads the creation of drafts of project deliverables and ensures that all required processes are followed to obtain needed feedback, ensure quality assurance, and that deliverables are completed on time and are fully compliant with all specified requirements.• Manages relationships and ensures effective communication with all stakeholders as well as project team members. Coordinates with other AHA components, subcontractors and consultants, and other participating organizations.• Supports the creation and updating of annual project budgets and shares responsibility for overseeing budgets, reviewing monthly financials and labor reports, and ensuring that the Living Learning Network and performance improvement spending is aligned with available resources.• Supervises reporting staff to ensure they are meeting project deliverables; meeting performance and organization goals; and adhering to organizational policies. Mentors and supports reporting staff development and growth in the organization.
