Hi, I'm Kavita.I'm a South Asian Disabled Woman living with multiple invisible disabilities including both chronic physical illnesses and neurodivergent/mental health conditions. My 15+ years of experience being highly successful in spite of disabling corporate environments has led me on a mission to help people like me to advocate for themselves and find the support they need at the workplace.I also use my experience in global HR leadership, my solid DEI creds and my generous helping of lived experience to talk about neurodiversity, mental health, and invisible disabilities at the workplace, and to support employee-friendly companies to become truly inclusive. I have extensive experience in talent management, succession planning, performance and rewards, learning and development (L&D), leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement and employee experience (EX) in industries ranging from finance to pharma to media & entertainment and more.I'm currently taking on speaking engagements and projects related to neurodiversity and mental health selectively, focusing on people first.
