Being a Lecturer at Jain College was the time when I got most of the experience needed. Some of the important points are mentioned below:• Subjects Taught - Advanced Corporate Accounting, Advanced Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Cost Management, Financial Management, GST, Business Taxation, Investment management, International Finance, Business Regulations & Tally.• Designed value-added courses for Accounts & Finance.• Used variety of learning modalities and support materials to facilitate learning process and accentuate presentations, including visual, aural and social learning strategies.• Evaluated and revised lesson plans and course content to achieve student-centered learning.• Delivered lectures at appropriate pace and pronunciation for optimal audience comprehension by non-native English-speaking students.• Employed advanced knowledge of Accounting and Finance to teach challenging high-level courses to graduate students.• Maintained interdisciplinary study as guiding principle, establishing partnerships with faculty in other departments to draw parallels with other subjects.

The next one was as a Lecturer at IAME.• Subjects handled - Taxation & Management Accounting

This was my first teaching job and it was with Hillside Institute of Management and Academy. I taught the following things:• Statistics for PU students.• Taxation & company accounts for degree students.• Supervised junior lecturers' course development and recommended refinements to enhance student learning.This gave me the experience and knowledge required to go ahead in the field of teaching.

Some of the things I did and worked on when I was with PMR & Associates:• Examined and analyzed the accounting records to understand financial status of establishment.• Prepared financial reports on establishment and operating expenses.• Reviewed data regarding assets, liabilities, capital, stock, net worth, surplus, income and expenditure.• Verified journal and ledger entries of cash and cheque payment, receivable and payable purchases, negotiable securities, expenses, and trial balance.• Prepared audit report.• Fulfilled statutory compliances - Income tax, TDS, Sales Tax, computing taxes and filing returns.• Established alternative audit, accounting and internal control procedures and recommended process improvements to aid clients in addressing deficiencies.• Inspected general ledger for accuracy.• Prepared working papers, reports and supporting documentation for audit findings.
