Proficiency in portal such as E-perolehan (Government Portal), Coupa, Tradeshift, Tungsten, Ariba, Esker, GEP Smart Portal – Petronas Group, Oracle, Sennego, Speed & etc12. New customer ID creation into SAP as requested by sales team13. Update latest changes in customer details in SAP14. Attend client request on SOA, invoices, DO & other related documents15. Liaising with bank for credit facilities confirmation for tender purpose as requested sales team

1. Responsible for credit collection and to follow up with client on outstanding payment through phone calls and emails2. Update cashbook and bank balance on daily basis3. Update payment received in ageing 4. Update prepaid basis client on payment received, service usage and balance available and follow up with clients on prepaid amount purchase5. Responsible to ensure payments are collected on timely manner6. To liaise with auditors to ensure bank balances, prepaid clients available, invoices knocked off with payment and etc tally7. To liaise with client to issue credit note or debit note
