• Understanding the requirement given by client.• Going for a brief research on the organization from where the position is received & completely understanding the client running project. • Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement. • Initial screening of candidates, performance check and reference check. • Handling first round of HR Interview in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc. • Providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe.• Identifying and scrutinizing the resumes to meet the client's technical requirements.• To ensure that the resumes are screened so that they meet the basic credentials required in hiring a resource.• Involved in Interview Scheduling, Interviewing the short-listed candidates and all follow up actions thereafter till closure & Join.• End-to-End co-ordination of interviews from team and candidate side.
