Focal point for control of the Project Documentation during Project life responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.Assist the Project Manager and Engineers, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration.Ensure coordination with various departments for project related activities including provision of project documentationResponsible for Projects Department ISO documentation and maintains records of the same.Handle all administrative tasks involved in the project such as Incoming and outgoing correspondences, filing all project related documents, updating weekly reports, maintaining project databasesPrepare / edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables
