Client Co-ordination with mandate details and candidate feedback end to end IT recruitment- Managing SAP(ALL MODULES), DOTNET,JAVA,-FULLSTACK And others, DATA-Analyst, Front and Backend- Conducting job evaluations & advising Managers on selection & hiring strategies.- Sourcing candidates to clients using personal contact list (generated continually through leads froma variety of sources, job portals(Naukri and Monster) and other databases, advertising & headhunting techniques.- Conducting phone interviews, Google Meet , face to face sessions and other pre-screen mechanisms to assess Technical & Skill level evaluations.- Explaining information pertaining to the Position and the Company to candidates.- Checking references and performing background verification for selected applicants to identify potential red flags
