ScientistBristol Myers Squibb Nov 2021 - PresentLawrence Township, Nj, Us My research is focused on developing and validating IHC assays, visualization of the changes in tumor micro environment (TME) /Normal tissues (Human) by IHC platform using Leica BOND and intelliPATH FLEX automated slide stainers. Experience in In situ hybridization (RNAscope) and in screening of In-house mAb clones to support antibody generation. Perform IHC assays contributing to target validation, clinical biomarker development, disease profiling, and indication selection to support multiple BMS programs. Preparation and presentations of scientific findings. Work closely with translational research scientists, biomarkers leads and pathologists to support multiple programs. Follow established SOP’s and protocols to properly document scientific findings in Electronic Lab Notebooks. Expertise in image analysis (HALO). -
Research ScientistBristol Myers Squibb Feb 2019 - PresentLawrence Township, Nj, UsOncology-Translational Medicine, Bristol Mayer’s Squibb, Princeton, NJ Research scientistMy research and developments are focused on Tissue cross reactivity assay, visualization of the changes in tumor micro environment (TME) / Human organs by IHC/IF platforms using Leica BOND and intelliPATH FLEX automated slide stainers. -
Associate Research ScientistBristol Myers Squibb Feb 2018 - Feb 2019Lawrence Township, Nj, UsImmuno-Oncology small molecule: My research and developments are focused on target identification in drug discovery, visualization of the changes in tumor micro environment (TME) in various tumor models by IHC/IF platforms. Successfully established IHC and IF laboratory set up in our group with well managed work conditions. Documenting a IHC/IF lab report with an entire experiment from start to finish, outlining the procedures, designing and execute studies by manual staining or using intelliPATH FLEX automated slide stainer, analyzing data, interpretation of data, reporting results to supervisor, and data presentation in the meetings. Successfully developed and validated a novel IHC multiplex and IF multiplex platform. Familiarity in image analysis (HALO) in both IHC/IF multiplex platforms. -
Research Technologist IiPenn State College Of Medicine Oct 2017 - Jan 2018Hershey, Pa, UsWorked on esophageal cancer cell lines to understand the molecular mechanisms of tumor progression.Bacterial culturing for plasmid preparations.Genotyping of different strains of mouse using PCR. -
Research TechnologistPenn State College Of Medicine Mar 2014 - Jun 2016Hershey, Pa, Us FOUR co-authored research articles published in high impact peer-reviewed journals. My research was focused on intestinal macrophages in adaptive immune response, inflammation, and dysmotility. Design in-vitro/in-vivo T cell and B cell-based assay through dendritic cells/macrophages depletion and bacterial infections (salmonella), for the formation of tertiary lymphoid follicles (TLF’s) / B-cell follicles in the colon for IF evaluation. Mouse colony management of the minimum of 200-300 mice, and over 30 different types of transgenic mouse models, rourine use of PCR for genotyping and flow cytometry for genotype screening. Developed IF-multiplex protocols, in-vitro assays, and in-vivo animal models. Production of CSFIR antibody (IgG2a) through culturing hybridoma cells using CELLine 1000ml bioreactor system/ Single use/ Bench top bioreactor, antibody harvest and protein purification. Train students for routine techniques in the lab and helping investigators in writing IACUC protocols. Played a significant role in producing data that resulted in funding of >$3.5M (NIH-RO1 grant application). -
