I believe learning is effective ONLY in a safe and trust-based environment while engaging the learners in a deeply engaging, eye-opening, empowering and entertaining facilitation.I come with a niche in upstreaming people in written and spoken communication, with honing other fringe skills as relevant vocabulary, grammar mechanism, and overall organization of thoughts. My backdrop here is working as a Language Trainer for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT & CAT for more than a decade in contrast to my first job as a lecturer in English. Recently, I joined Microsoft as a Communication Specialist with Language Proficiency Development (LPD) Program. Here, I am into auditing customer calls and written customer interactions of Support Professionals across teams - Shanghai, Egypt & Hyderabad. I have completed 2 years of my tenure in Feb. 2022. I am passionate and uncompromising in learning and my motto is to FLY WITH EAGLES. I love to connect and network among the 'best' in the areas of my interests.
