*Doing online research to identify the quality leads and Prepare client database through LinkedIn and social platforms.*Doing cold calling activities and sending greetings to clients through email to build connections with new clients.*On Daily basis made 30 + calls to generate lead, negotiate and discuss about the recruitment commercials and follow up with existing clients.*To fix appointment with the management in case of any concerns with the commercialPreparation of Agreement proposals based on organization’s HR policies and procedures.*Lead Validation, connecting and reaching the right person like HR’s& Management level and follow with existing clients and signing up 30 + new clients for various industries like IT service and consulting, Healthcare, Marketing Industry, Automation, Learning industry, Finance Industry.*Understanding client requirements (Job Description & IT and Non IT Specifications) Competitions to hire top talent, sourcing online databaseand social media sites, job sites, contact lists, networking and also optimizing use of employee referrals.*Identify candidates and initial screening resumes and Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability,Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc before forwarding it to the client*Experience in working for Junior to senior level positions.*Handling E2E recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interest checks, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, final closure and regular follow-ups until the candidates joining.*Regular follow-ups with the candidates for Interview schedules and Documents Collection.*Maintain Recruitment Tracker and review monthly/ weekly. and Identify New Client and initiate business opportunities, partnering with hiringmanage to determine staffing needs and Sourcing the right candidate in job portals like, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, references, and on local database.
