Working with a novel IP-protected Python algorithm to understand the complex interactions between enhancers and genes and, the impacts on alternative splicing. Lead bioinformatician in the novel findings of STAT3, GBA1, BRCA1 and SHH-LMBR1. Proof-of-concept in-vitro ASO experiments have begun for STAT3 based on these findings.Using Garvan's HPC systems to script bioinformatic pipelines for the analysis of Transient Transcriptome Sequencing (TT-seq) data.
