Role Description:• Embedded Lean in I&A Ops througho Conducting lean awareness training for all the employees covering basic tools and techniques o Conducted Lean Expert training for 2 days covering 21 lean practitioners covering advanced tools and techniques of leano Mentored 3 lean practitioners in their project for expert certificationo Organized Idea Generation sessions within teams to get innovative ideas on process simplification• Playing key role in transition of New reports in SC team starting from understanding client requirement, designing and implementation of project• Handling Business as Usual reporting in supply chain finance area on monthly basis. • Played Key role in designing, preparing and presenting interactive tableau I&A performance dashboard to leadership team on monthly basis with good insights highlighting issues and action plans for improvement and engaged with senior management in setting up new performance metrics on half year basis.• Displayed high level of diligence in creation of DO, timely approval of invoices and engaged with vendors for timely submission of invoices and handled queries relating to payments.• Tracked performance of team members on monthly basis and mentored them with overall development by giving them timely feedbacks• Stakeholder management/SLA management/Service performance management/costing during the transition period and developed a clear transition plan assigning accountabilities to various stakeholders and project manage the transition activity• Designed Business Continuity, Succession Plan and Disaster recovery framework

• Payments and Statutory Compliance: o Monitored 3rd party on all the payments to vendors by ensuring the payments on time and validate the entries passed and engaged with vendors for queries.o Ensured on time payments of all statutory obligations such as TDS, PT, PF, ESI and Service taxo Reconciliation of all statutory accounts on monthly basiso Ensured the returns are filled on or before the deadline as per the guidelineso Validated the TDS certificates of vendors and employees and ensured it is dispatched on time and accurately and engaged with them for any querieso Co-ordinated with Auditors to ensure timely and successful audits and ensured all the notice received from government departments are addressed on time• Salary to employees: Monitoring 3rd party in processing the salary for all the employees to ensure its paid-on time and accurately and handled queries relating to their salary.• Handled petty cash transactions for small HR and Admin expenditures and was involved in distribution of Sodexho to all the employees• Insurance: o Calculated total amount to be paid for insurance company to cover all the employees under medical and personal accident insurance on yearly basiso Ensured insurance company had sufficient deposits for covering any new additions and keep track of refunds due to resignations.
