I strongly believe that if you don't learn something new every single day you have lost a day in your life. The learning can be however big or small. This builds the inner enthusiasm to continuously keep climbing.I am responsible for skilling our workforce to meet customer needs. I engage with our Business Units to derive a learning plan for their team .

In my role as director VIjaya OOH I was instrumental in driving the business strategy for the organization by training the workforce quarterly on softskills ( communication, leadership and customer centricity.)

Joined Wipro as a technical trainer to teach C++, VC++ and gradually grew to head the Microsoft Focus group .As a head of MS focus group I designed frameworks for employee skilling worked with Microsoft ot strengthen our partnership for training and certification I grew to head a larger team and started work as Group HeadAs a Group head I designed the architect readiness frameworks, the competency models to drive assessments , worked on implementing the integrated talent management system I also focused on creating content for technical programs and derived competency assessments for the same
