Employee Relations Consultant - Senior Manager (Jan 2009 – Feb 2014)Job Profile: • Responsible for leading and delivering a range of projects across Employee Relations Function• Contributed as a lead or participant to the delivery of numerous Group wide projects• Driving the Diversity agenda and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) agenda in India• Advising on employee relations policies of Disciplinary, Grievance and Dignity at Work.• Guiding stakeholders through employee relations cases in real time, intervening and steering in the appropriate direction taking account of governing policies, employment law, best practice and precedent.• Escalate and highlight to Stakeholders any potential legal or reputational risks resulting from best practice not being followed by Business.• Policy & Proposition : Amending existing policies if required on the basis of feedback, formulating and coming out with new policies for India. Creating systems and processes for the policies that have been rolled out. Facilitating formation of policies for other COE’s.
