From the beginning in the environment of my professional training, I discovered creative capacity and sense of innovation through my leaning towardstechnology and business metamorphosis.With over a decade of experience in business development and management I am now looking to explore avenues that are creatively indulging.With formal education in commerce from Kalina University, Mumbai my passion for management and creativity drove me for a post graduation in event management from NIEM, Mumbai. Pursuing the creative bug saw me become a part of multiple events and projects.With this exposure and curiosity to further explore a new industry led me to explore my retail family business of jewelleryin 2011. The exposure to the retail and real time customer interaction made me realize the need to build a stronger customer service and quality culture. Implementing technology and management concepts to the ancestral business model helped us achieve the growth of more than 200% in less than 3 years.Year 2015 saw me venture into telecom business with a startup of telecom voice over IP company working out from Canada. Already enlightened with commercial knowledge and technical interest helped me oat Starlink Global which has since established to be a twenty crore turnover entity servicing almost 150 businesses and clients.Ziana Jewels, conceived in 2021 to introduce niche and high jewellery brands to Gujarat is an organised effort to channelize my energies, experience and time in endeavours which are creative, challenging and rewarding to my passion. is efforts have seen us introduce the brand “Tribe Amrapali” to Gujarat. We are now the exclusive stockist for the brand and planning to introduce agship stores across Gujarat.
