• Involve in Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening the profile for contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the Information Technology industry.
• Sourcing the profile from different portals i.e. Naukri and Monster.
• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client evaluated skill level; manage offer process, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines
• Recruit for all levels of candidates from Developers to Project Managers
