Design of SRCO Using CMOS VD-DIBA, Tools || Cadence SPICE• Single Resistance controlled sinusoidal Oscillator was designed in 350nm technology, oscillating freq. 203.41 kHz, 1.72% THD. Monte-Carlo analysis showed that with ±5% variation of resistance frequency, oscillator remains close to 204.45kHz.
