Having worked as a creator for 3+ years, I started KK.Create on Instagram and YouTube with a mission. The mission is to - “Bring Indian Cultures Together”. In just 1 year, I have organically been able to create a community of 1M+ followers. In the past, I have worked in Pocket Aces' non-fiction channel, Nutshell. Here, I was the Senior Producer and the content strategist. I managed all the content that was going out; from ideation to the final output.As a part of my formal education, - I did my BA in English from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi (one of the best Arts colleges in India)- I did my MA in Media and Cultural Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (the best social science college in India).Outside classes, I have been actively involved - In theatre by directing and participating in over 100+ street theatre performances and by being a part of National School of Drama.- In the development sector by working on education through NGOs like Udaan, women issues through NGOs like Feminism in India, and media literacy through NGOs like Point of View.- In the creation of many audio/visual/literary texts. I am adept at video editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Power Director, sound editing software like Audacity and Sound Cut Pro, and photo editing software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
