- Have 6 years of experience in HR Admin, Client& Vendor Management (Operations Team) and end to end Recruitment for IT and Non-IT industries.
- Hands on experience in policy formulation and administration for HR activities like manpower planning, recruitment & selection, performance management, organizing training and development programmes, updating internal.
- Handling Fortune clients with respect to the Recruitment, Accounts according to the project requirement.
- Coordinate with resource manager to provide the resource to full fill the project requirement either from the bench strength or from the new hiring.
- Handling joining and exit formalities of the employees.
