 Process purchase invoices. Track (sub) ledgers as debt / cred / inventory / fixed assets. Close ledger accounts. Check accounts receivable, generate daily position of receipts. Realise debt collection, together with colleagues of commercial team. Check bad debtors control - daily management. Register news suppliers in financial system. Archive accounting and financial documents. Check expense reports of colleagues and if required ask additional information or Adjusted report. BRS , Vendor and customer reconciliation report creation. Asset Verification. Letter of Credit. Check invoices, controlling accounts payable and making invoices payable. Manage credit system - always rechecking data from customs, working with update of registration data. Preparation reports as required (e.g. individual or group report payment, receipt, advances paid or reconciliation). Month end activity (Posting all entries and net off process) Be first point of contact in daily execution of agreements.(e.g, rental, suppliers) Keep close contact with the Specialists Sales Support, the Commercial department, other internal departments and suppliers with respect to daily matters Import Invoice clearance. Data Monitoring.
