As a Talent Acquisition Officer at Royal Ambassador, I collaborate with the HR team and the hiring managers to source, screen, and select the best candidates for various projects and roles. I leverage my skills in HRMS & ATS to manage the recruitment process and the candidate database, and to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders. I also contribute to the development and implementation of the talent acquisition strategy and policies, aligned with the company's vision and goals.I am passionate about human resource management and development, and I am always eager to learn and grow in this field. That is why I pursued CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HR Management which will enhance my knowledge and skills in strategic HR planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change. I already hold an MBA in HR & Finance from Manipal University. I have also gained valuable experience in different sectors, such as recruitment agency, education, hospitality and real estate, and management consulting, where I demonstrated my ability to deliver high-quality results, build strong relationships, and work effectively in diverse teams.
