Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the entire recruitment process for varied business segments - ( Entry, Middle & Senior level) for Infrastructure support (IT).• Sourcing resumes from Job Portals, Employee Referrals, vendors, Social Networking websites.• Evaluate skill level; Initial screening and review applications to check fitment and provide necessary information about the role.• Coordinating directly with business & technical heads and understanding the requirements.• Maintaining database and reports• Keeping track of feedbacks from business/candidates to ensure smooth functioning

Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the entire recruitment process for varied business segments - ( Entry, Middle & Senior level) for both development and support (IT).• Sourcing resumes from Job Portals, Wipro internal Website (Synergy), Employee Referrals, vendors, Social Networking websites.• Evaluate skill level; Initial screening and review applications to check fitment and provide necessary information about the role.• Schedule interview and collect necessary documents if selected.• Coordinating directly with business & technical heads and understanding the requirements.• Maintaining database and reports• Keeping track of feedbacks from business/candidates to ensure smooth functioning
