This position required managing the company's top national accounts, leading the accounts' printing and fulfillment operation projects and online order processes. I lead a team of multi-department experts in sales cycle initiatives - from consultations, to printing and project management, to warehouse inventory and fulfillment, to accounting and logistics. • Leadership of an Account Manager team, Online Ordering Admins, and inventory and logistic specialists• Ensure compliance within the company departments for customer contract/process standards• Project manage development of custom online ordering systems for customers• Project manage the client’s marketing and promotion projects, point of sale (POS), company opening and closing signage projects from creation to production through shipment and completion• Lead sales and operation initiatives between the client, manufacturing production team, and vendors to ensure project quality, process compliance, and deadline completion, meeting >98% accuracy rates.• Manage over $500K of fulfillment inventory, streamline purchasing and manufacturing of inventory items
