Gabriel Guedes (AKA GG) co-founded Lyka and currently leads its Operations. GG grew up with multiple pets and is currently the pupper parent of Lyka, the dog, and Tyga, the cat.Previously, GG was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, an expert in the firm’s Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Energy & Resources practices.At Bain, GG has led several large-scale Transformations, both commercial and operational, leading the implementation of programs of up to US$2B in delivered value, which involved setting up, training and managing large cross-functional multi-cultural teams. He was also a liaison between Bain and its ecosystem of Supply Chain start-up partnerships.GG is a versatile leader with the reputation of “getting things done” and who can meaningfully engage across all levels within an organisation, from the board and the CEO, to the frontline. GG brings a diverse perspective and has worked across a broad range of geographies, in 20+ countries across six continents.He is also an angel investor and advisor connected to the start-up ecosystem. GG is a Fellow at Afterwork Ventures, a community driven VC, and a Venture Partner at Metagrove Ventures, a VC changing the future of industry. GG also sits on the advisory board of start-ups and not-for-profits.
