Accountable for the delivery of IS End User Services and Technologies to Amgen International regions by working closely with the End User Services Managed Service Provider and International IS organization. Directly manage the IS Site teams in all International established markets (France, Germany, Italy, Central and Eastern Europe & Austria, Spain & Greece, Nordic & Baltic, Australia) and ensure quality delivery of IS services to these sales affiliates and their associated spokes (including Hong Kong, China, Japan and India).
