With experience from both being a legal counsel at Finansinspektionen (the Swedish FSA) and as an in-house lawyer, I provide practical, efficient and business oriented advice to clients within the whole insurance and pensions sector. I regularly provide advice on matters such as regulatory and compliance (Solvency II, IDD, IORP II, etc.), outsourcing and cloud solutions, insurance products and product/customer documents, claims and disputes, commercial contracts, IT and digitalisaton, ICT/DORA, data protection/GDPR and sustainable finance/ESG-matters.I also provide advice to non-insurance clients, mostly with regard to corporate law, governance and compliance, commercial contracts, IT and all kinds of disputes, including court matters and arbitration. Providing legal and business advice in all matters related to the business of Nordea Life and Pensions and other companies in the Nordea Group, such as Nordea Investment Management and Nordea Asset Management. Part of the Nordea Group Legal team. Assigned legal counsel to the Nordea Life & Pensions' GDPR implementation project/governance structure. During periods, assigned legal counsel to the implementation project/governance structure for IDD and AML/CFT.

Member of the divison for Large Insurance Companies under the Insurance Law department, dealing with insurance regulatory and compliance matters on a daily basis, with much focus on the Solvency II regime. Handling all kinds of applications for approval, including high-profile cases such as internal models and subordinated loans/debts (Sw. förlagslån). In addition, a large part of the work consisted of supervision activities and drafting and commenting on proposed laws, regulations and guidelines.
