Leveraged A/B testing to iteratively transition order creation and fulfillment from a largely sales driven process over the phone to a customer driven checkout and dashboard experience built in React/Typescript with Ruby on Rails and Golang backend services. Led the technical design and implementation of a marketplace for partner dealers to sell cars on Shift’s platform.
