Establish clear communication channels and coordination procedures among all parties involved in the lifting operation.▪ Assign competent site safety experts to oversee lifting operations and monitor compliance with safety procedures, intervening as necessary to address any safety concerns or deviations from the plan.▪ Electrical hazard recognition & avoidance techniques, ensuring the use of electrical personal protective equipment. Check the insulated ELCB or RCCB, MCCB, and MCB, and test them with electrical testing equipment.
