I am someone who has always been and is always interested in what's going on for a client, on the inside, after all its their subjective experience that counts. Although, I dont have all the answers I do believe that talking things through with someone who is a good listener and has a depth of understanding can help you figure things out more thoroughly, and that can help YOU feel better about yourself. We are all complex individuals and at times in our lives, talking to someone can really help. Always know that your thoughts and feelings are just as important as anyone else's. Its about how you really 'feel on the inside'.I have previously supported children and families when I was a nurse, a job that brought great rewards and I feel very privileged to have been part of many families' journey. Today I support children and adults in my role as counsellor, supporting children in schools and adults at some local charities and in my private practice. I am always inspired by my clients.
