Through out my life I have had a desire to help others. I found a outlet that brings me great personal satisfaction in the welfare sector. Working in the aged,disability fields and homeless sector has allowed me to grow and develop professionally, becoming a skilled and dynamic community worker.My strong analytical and problem solving abilities has allowed me to develp strategic plans to increase organisational capacity. I am well organized, highly adaptable and able to manage calmly and decisively in challenging environments.
