I'm a seasoned paralegal with significant litigation experience, working with over 50 attorneys, across multiple offices and practice areas for a nationally recognized law firm. I was a team member on many high profile matters, appearing in local and national news. These cases were document intensive and called upon my organization, time management and analytical skills. Trustworthiness was expected when handling confidential information. I became proficient in locating, analyzing and summarizing evidence and efficiently maintaining documents. I’d become known for my factual research, management of documents, dependability, handling stressful situations with grace and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Inspired by an acquaintance, I returned to school to obtain my Masters Degree in Library Science. I was fortunate to work 3 separate internships with the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. I enjoyed my time there learning about the process of archiving various state collections and working on cataloging and the preparation of finding aids for county insanity records and court records for the infamous AZ v. Miranda. I extended my library experience at the Phoenix Public Library working as a library assistant in various departments including collection development, telephone reference and assisting at the reference desk. I also worked as a librarian at Phoenix College for 2 semesters.A recent reduction in force has opened up new career possibilities for me and look forward to where my skills will take me. in my mind. I am a yoga practitioner, enjoy exploring new hiking trails, gardening and learning new dyi skills. I am an active member in my neighborhood and am a budding gong player.
