• Using Lawson’s, Oracle, CRM and GOLD software programs• Communicating with retailers over the phone and email, visiting retailers and attending cluster meetings• Communicating with Regional Director and Retail Sales Managers (14 Retail Sales Managers and 2 Directors) • Attending Regional meetings off site to discuss debt targets and levels• Communicating with the Depot’s and the enquiries team• Managing Region 3 (Scotland) and Managing Region 1 (South East)• Setting up payment plans and stock loans• Chasing bounced Direct Debits daily• Constructing an aged debt report in excel and using it to chase outstanding monies• Managing the CRM inbox to keep queries down – in relation to providing account reconciliations, copy documents and resolving debt issues• Attending monthly debt review meetings with the sales team and sales directors.
