Worked on the instruction processing and cash management project moving onto JPM Chase internal systems in readiness for go live, however the project was subsequently terminated.

In November 1999 I was Appointed Assistant Secretary, therefore authorised to attest the use of the common seal of the Company pursuant to article 25 of the Company’s Articles of Association. I was involved in Schroders Investment Management’s Project Symphony which resulted in back and middle office functions being outsourced to JP Morgan Chase in 2000 and transferring onto a JP Morgan Chase contract in Oct 2004.
