Nhs

Nhs University Hospitals Of Coventry And Warwickshire/Nhs Arden & Gem Csu, Coventry, United Kingdom

When I was first appointed by UHCW in 2015, whilst being part of the Wider HR Team based at Walsgrave Hospital, I worked as a "stand alone" HR Advisor based at and solely advising NHS Coventry and Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group (NHS CRCCG). My role was to provide sound and professional advice and support on all generalist HR matters, writing and updating policies as required; encouraging best practice at all times and highlighting the risks of alternative action; briefing the Executive Team and Board Members on HR Data, identifying trends and making/implementing recommendations where appropriate. For the period of 2015-2017 I was responsible for overseeing the payroll and recruitment activities undertaken by NHS CRCCG (as it was known at the time) until those functions were outsourced in 2018. In addition to providing generalist HR advice and guidance my role supported a lot of change management activities, provision of HR training and undertaking job evaluations.
