Oversaw Crayola’s workforce, workplace and community engagement efforts and created and delivered the D&I and Employee Engagement frameworks and strategy.

Provide HR direction for the Eastern Region, comprised of 1 regional office, 15 field locations, and 2000+ multilevel team members and $250 Million in annual revenue. Serve as strategic business partner for Regional VP and 3 Group VP’s of Operations. Manage 15 indirect reports and 4 direct reports, including a Regional HR Manager, an HR Manager Trainee, an HR Assistant, and a Regional Talent Manager.  Saved company over $350K through strategic staffing measures including internal recruitment, innovative hiring processes, full utilization of Taleo talent management system, and TSI manager certification. Implemented company-wide New Hire Survey Process to improve employee engagement and retention by 11%. Worked with company Director of Occupation Health and Safety to develop and implement a regional safety program with site-wide safety centers, promoting a 22% reduction in indemnity claims, an 18% reduction in medical claims, a 17% improvement in regional incident rates, and a $1.2M-dollar year-over-year cost reduction.
