Health and wellness is my passion. I have worked in the field since 2000, first as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, then as a Certified Personal Trainer and most recently as a Certified Health/Wellness Coach and a Licensed Facilitator of the award-winning mindful eating program, Am I Hungry. I have studied the mindbody connection for the past 25 years and bring an integrative approach to my work. My client relationships are partnerships. I respect their innate wisdom and assist them to become more connected with it while offering accountability and support and teaching skills/strategies needed to be successful.I have degrees in Business and Psychology. In addition to the health profession, my diverse work background includes ten years in film, television and theatre; five years in corporate management assessment; five years working with at-risk youth; and management of both people and projects. I have travelled worldwide and been fortunate to work with people of many cultures and backgrounds.
