Back in college, I told my parents I wanted to switch my major to English. They told me I better still be able to find a job when I graduate. I was confident I could because even then I knew the truth.The world needs good communicators.I'm passionate about finding the best words and visuals to help teams communicate internally and outwardly. Does your team work tirelessly to meet metrics and complete projects? Finding the perfect way to communicate the results can help attract and retain customers. Strong communication pieces can help make it happen.Whatever the reason, I care about communication success. I have been writing content and creating communication pieces for over a decade and enjoy creating impactful content pieces with the customer journey in mind. In early 2021, I also finished writing my company's first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report and recently finished writing our 2nd annual report.These projects showed me that not only do I love writing, but I also love helping companies realize the positive impact they can have on this world. I'm not an ESG expert yet, but I'm excited to keep learning about this important and changing field.In 2021, I completed my Masters in Business Administration with a Communications Certificate from Olivet Nazarene University.
