Communicate and work with the leadership team to create solutions to issues as they arise. Systemically flag orders that require extra Quality Control. Complete quality checks on final products.• Manage emails and phone requests; make sure proper follow up occurs.• Create schedules for press operators to manage work flow on large print orders of base stock, which minimizes orders going on back order.

Imprint Verification ~ Verifying incoming orders that had questions on them to insure the customer received the correct item, imprint, paper and quantity. Sent orders out to customers to be proofed, following up on pending orders with customer and processed orders. Data entry of orders as requested by customer calls, fax and emails.
