I have extensive experience in design and delivery of complex projects in environments characterized by change and uncertainty. I am passionate about continous learnings and the creation of an environment that enables our people to be their best self. I take great pride in mentoring and STEM activities helping youngsters and women excel in construction industry. Throughout my rewarding career, I have enjoyed working on projects that have big impacts on communities; ‘doing good’ through infrastructure development is at my core. I have worked globally; across UK, Middle East, SriLanka and Australia on high-profile projects; London 2012 Olympic Games, Free Schools Program, Durrat Al Bahrain, London Thameslink Program, 2004 Tsunami Re construction Program and Sydney Metro to name a few. Experienced in end-to-end delivery from proposal, strategy, feasibility, design to construction, my roles have been varied. From my earliest days as a Civil Engineer undertaking design and feasibility studies of water and wastewater projects to many follow-on roles as project manager/director on multibillion-dollar projects and then advisor; one thing has been constant; I have built trust by identifying optimum solution through engagement with all stakeholders. Skilled in navigating issues, unlocking and untangling problems I ensure the team, client and stakeholder's journey begins with a goal in mind, moves with clarity of purpose, and results in extraordinary satisfaction & pride to them and the greater community in which we live in.
