I teach English in private and group settings. Both in person and online.

I moved to New York in 2006 to attend Sarah Lawrence College where I focused my studies in Dance. I have performed with choreographers Ivy Baldwin, Okwui Okpokwasili, Ursula Eagly, Kathy Westwater, Kim Brandt, Rebecca Davis, Priscilla Marrero, Christopher Williams, Louis Malvacias, Molly Poerstel Taylor, and in the revival of Lucinda Child’s Radial Courses and Carolee Shcneeman’s Lateral Splay. I am currently working on a project with invited mentors: Eleanor Hullihan, Melanie Maar, and Samita Sinha.I have had the great opportunity to coordinate Movement Research at Judson Church and Open Performance. I have also conceived and curated/co-curated numerous group shows at places around Queens and Brooklyn. Her latest iteration, Faith, was live-streamed through Judson Arts Wednesdays. As a dedicated dance and movement artist as well as practitioner I am always seeking to work with others who support the arts and support physical wellness.

Founded, managed, and taught at my former business 2nd Story Pilates + Yoga (secondstorymovement.com). After 5 wonderful years of running this business I decided to move on to other opportunities more closely related to my profession as a dance artist.
