I am responsible for leading the front facing Client Services Team in providing a personal, professional, and proactive service to all clients. I also:- Support and the Searches Business Manager in ensuring smooth running of the business and that the operational set up delivers the business growth strategy, to deliver the dividend targets.- Encourage development, simplification, and help to deliver the brand journeys (online and offline) to improve the customer experience and deliver acquisition, retention and satisfaction targets which includes overall Sales and Marketing - Ensure the system’s strategy addresses the core needs of the business, maintaining operational efficiencies whilst minimising system downtime, enhancing our business proposition and experience to all clients.

Wessex Searches (part of Wessex Water Ltd) are a leading conveyancing search provider. We are the official provider of the CON29DW Drainage and Water Search in the Wessex region and offer a 'one-stop shop' for all of your conveyancing searches. The role involved;- Managing, monitoring and maintaining existing accounts - Being the first point of call for those existing accounts- Work alongside the Business Development Manager to help build long term relationships with prospects and clients - Work alongside Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator identifying key strategic marketing projects and support implementation within key communications channels to raise brand awareness and drive sales - Raise overall awareness of the Wessex Searches business across England & Wales.

The role entailed dealing with and processing incoming Commercial requests for Drainage and Water Searches, as well as ordering any additional reports for both Residential and Commercial properties, such as environmental, flood, coal and Local Authority reports on behalf of Search Companies and Solicitors. I also dealt with any incoming queries as well as providing quotes as needed.
