As an intern at Arup, I am training with innovative leaders in building technology, automation, and information management. Using the combination of technical software and scripts, I have supported structural modelers and engineers to assist the development of designs for major infrastructural projects. Additionally, I worked with managers to launch healthcare sector project files on AEC data management clouds for centralized coordination. I have started to learn Tekla and am eager to introduce other tools to optimize workflows - to precisely and effectively synchronize project information.

At Horibe Associates architect's office, I assisted my team through the design and production of conceptual diagrams, posters, and models for successful publication to international and architectural magazines, including ArchDaily and designboom.• Using a combination of Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Illustrator, and physical modeling, I produced conceptual diagrams, physical models, and posters for successful publication to international architectural magazines (ArchDaily, designboom) and second place prize in the 2018 2A Continental Architecture Award for Asia.• Translated design intentions and facilitated correspondence between Japanese and English speakers.• Surveyed project sites and works after high seismic activity, to preserve safety of residents and community.
