Hire, onboard, and ensure each Local Coordinator is prepared to and then has provided pre-arrival orientation meeting to all Host Families before their matched Student(s) arrive, and that each orientation includes information specified in DOS guidelines.Oversee local coordinators in Minnesota region through process of finding host families and high schools to match with foreign exchange studentsBefore students are placed with Host Families, ensure that applicant Host Families are screened by Local Coordinators as required by Department of State. Ensure that each Host Family parent and adult over age 18 residing in the Host Family home is personally screened, interviewed and informed of the Program requirements by the LC.
