She had held HR leadership positions in diverse industries including Financial industries (AIG, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Securities), Retail, Fashion, Liquor industries (CHANEL, Pernod Ricard), IT industry(ASURION), and R&D in CargillAgriPurina.During these career periods, she had diisplayed various skills to support leadership management of region and globally with the activities on consultation of HR policy and process aligned with company strategy. Also she had a significant role of internal facilitator on competency based career conversion, competency based performance management, competency based interview skill, competency based leadership development, and had an expertise on understanding cross cultural mixture on talent management with insight on leadership.Also she had obtained certifications with Lifelong Education Certificate, and Vocational Consulting Certificate issued in Labour Ministry, and in-house train the trainer programs’ facilitation certification such as performance management, career conversion and leadership development in CHANELShe holds a PhD focusing on career development 4 diverse master degrees(oraganization, labor management, human resource development, art management & curatorial studies).Currently she has been engaging in career in University as a professor of career management and special assigment for students.
